We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor based in our Ranson, WV to join the Maintenance team.  

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

Pay: $80,0000 - $125,000 annually

Your future team:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor plans, schedules, and coordinates corrective and preventative maintenance activities by reviewing and managing work requests, analyzing job requirements, and determining materials, equipment and labor requirements, in order to complete maintenance tasks economically, efficiently and in a timely manner.

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and motivate a team of shift mechanics, PM mechanics, and facilities mechanics, which includes scheduling, payroll, training, development, and safety of all employees in the mechanical maintenance department.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee and lead an effective maintenance program that allows for consistent equipment availability and minimizes impact on production.
  • Work closely with operations and within the maintenance department to determine equipment time, parts, and tools necessary for scheduled work orders and outages.
  • Execute an effective preventative maintenance program that includes a daily follow-up of PM tasks and ensuring that new tasks are entered and scheduled in the PM system.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees within area of responsibility.
  • ·Coordinate and execute training of new initiatives within the maintenance department.
  • Accountable for all budgetary items within the mechanical area of maintenance.
  • Daily reporting of equipment and machinery performance to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Make recommendations to improve existing equipment and processes.
  • Monitor and improve work quality and efficiency by coordinating parts, machine time and labor requirements to eliminate potential delays.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • 5 years’ practical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment working with automated equipment
  • Profound understanding of the LEAN toolbox and LEAN principles
  • Prior experience in a supervisor capacity in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skilled in data acquisition and report building.
  • Welding, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveying systems experience required.

*The employee must frequently lift, carry, push or pull up to 60lbs and/or occasionally lift, carry, push or pull up to 120lbs with another person
