WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who will train, coach, and develop a team at The Trails at King Farm, a 434-unit market property located in Rockville, MD.
In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of the property. You will supervise maintenance staff at the property and perform maintenance functions. Your outstanding service will ensure that the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives.
Please note that the pay rate for this position is $38.00 - $40.00 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with on-call rotation of every 6 weeks.
