WinnCompanies is in search of an agile Apartment Maintenance Supervisor II to join our dynamic team at Monterey Pines, a 324-unit affordable community located in Richmond, CA.
The Maintenance Supervisor II willperform maintenance functions and provide direction and supervision to the maintenance team in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds, and parking lots. The position requires a diversified base of knowledge and skills needed to maintain the property to satisfy ownership and management objectives.
This is a hands-on, working Supervisor role. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with rotational on-call. The position offers a pay range of $28 to $31.50 per hour depending on experience, plus a 2-bedroom housing unit.
