Maintenance Supervisor

What You Will Do

We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor II to lead a team of maintenance technicians at our plant facility. Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, this role is on-site and responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, technician performance, and safe, efficient execution of maintenance activities.

What the Group Does

The Maintenance & Engineering team ensures that production equipment operates at peak performance to support plant output, product quality, and cost efficiency. Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, this group is critical to the company’s success by minimizing downtime, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with KPIs. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-performance teams, implement Total Productive Maintenance, and directly impact plant reliability and operational excellence.

How You Will Do It

  • Lead and coach a team of technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production-critical equipment.

  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance, machinery upgrades, and plant projects while managing budgets and materials.

  • Track, manage, and report KPIs such as downtime, OEE, PM compliance, and work order accuracy.

  • Conduct breakdown reports and root cause analyses to prevent recurring issues.

  • Create and implement training materials, job plans, and preventative maintenance instructions to standardize processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement through audits, feedback, and implementation of Total Productive Maintenance practices.

What We Look For – Qualifications

Required

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience (minimum 5 years).

  • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Proven experience managing KPIs and applying problem-solving methodologies.

Preferred (Optional)

  • Experience using Maximo or other CMMS systems.

  • Background in utilities, facilities, or production equipment maintenance.

  • Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
