Are you a hands-on leader passionate about safety, reliability, and efficiency? As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a high-performing team to keep our plant running at peak performance. This is your opportunity to make an impact by driving preventive maintenance strategies, reducing downtime, and ensuring compliance with world-class safety standards.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire: Supervise and develop maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Champion Safety: Enforce EHS, OSHA, NEC, and NFPA standards through robust programs like lock-out/tag-out, confined space entry, and arc-flash protection.
Maximize Uptime: Plan and oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades to minimize outages and boost productivity.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement innovative maintenance strategies and equipment modifications that enhance reliability and efficiency.
Manage Resources & Projects: Ensure availability of tools, parts, and manpower; oversee contractors and lead plant projects from scope to completion.
Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain accurate records for maintenance activities, inventory, and performance metrics to optimize operations.
What We Value
Proven leadership and coaching skills to build high-performing teams
Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities in fast-paced environments
Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems (millwright, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, machining)
Knowledge of AC/DC electricity, electronics, power distribution, and circuit protection
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; ability to read blueprints and apply mathematical concepts
