Reporting to the Maintenance Manager at our Oakdale facility, you will plan, schedule, and coordinate all plant maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You will partner closely with production, engineering, accounting, and external vendors to ensure preventive, planned, and unplanned maintenance activities are executed effectively while maintaining accurate system data and strong cross‑functional communication.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Plan and schedule all plant maintenance activities, including preventive, planned, and unplanned work.
Coordinate and lead all drumbeat activities, including pre‑ and post‑drumbeat meetings.
Ensure parts inventory supports production requirements while maintaining the lowest practical inventory levels.
Process, prioritize, and review work orders to determine the most effective approach for completion.
Create and maintain equipment numbers, task lists, and task numbers within the maintenance system.
Add required parts to preventive maintenance tasks.
Maintain accuracy of master data within the computerized maintenance management system.
Support breakdown analysis reviews and identify reliability improvement opportunities.
Requisition parts and materials for work order packages and non‑stocked items.
Review maintenance backlog and rework trends, identify root causes, and provide improvement recommendations.
Identify and support continuous improvement projects across maintenance and plant operations.
Partner with other planners to update preventive maintenance strategies based on hours, functionality, and recommended changes.
Provide direct oversight of maintenance teams, including administering discipline and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
Provide supervisory coverage during absences, including off‑shift and weekend rotation coverage.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of experience in a maintenance or maintenance planning role within food manufacturing or a comparable manufacturing environment.
Experience working with enterprise maintenance systems such as CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) such as SAP, etc.

Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
