What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting maintenance operations by ordering, tracking, and organizing parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Processing purchase orders, receiving documentation, and vendor communications to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory of mechanic parts and ensuring timely restocking to support equipment reliability.
  • Partnering with plant and maintenance teams to improve organization, streamline processes, and support operational needs across inventory, purchasing, and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinating daily plant administrative activities, including data entry, reporting, and document management.

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and inventory systems.
  • Ability to learn and navigate procurement, inventory, and maintenance management systems.
  • Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation, parts tracking, and data entry.
  • Initiative to problem-solve, improve processes, and support efficient plant and maintenance operations.
  • Experience in inventory, warehouse, purchasing, maintenance support similar coordination role is preferred.

Work Environment

This position is based in a plant environment with a combination of office responsibilities and routine interaction with maintenance and operational areas. The role requires use of computers, inventory systems, and occasional work in outdoor or industrial settings.
