Painter Performs work requiring the specialized skills of painting.

Responsibilities:
Prepares, mixes, matches, primes, sands, seals, patches and paints furniture, canvas, walls, floors, doors, cabinets, building surfaces and fixtures of all types of painting materials such as varnish, lacquer, shellac, enamel, latex, epoxy, water-proof and heat resistant finishes.
Tapes, flushes, repairs and applies texturing, wallpaper and acoustic layers on a variety of surfaces and adjusts colors when necessary.
Operates, cleans and maintains all painting equipment including brush, roll, sprayers and pumps, etc. Safely stores and labels all material.
Responds to maintenance/complaint/guest requests throughout the hotel and grounds
Other duties as assigned.
