Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: The position will require moderate physical exertion, including frequent, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, climbing, bending, stooping, crawling, and negotiating confined spaces. Employee will be required to work off of high ladders, scaffolds as occasionally necessary, as well as occasional heavy lifting and strenuous exertion. The employee is standing or walking most of the time and must be in very good overall physical condition. The incumbent will be fit tested for a respirator and is required to wear respiratory protection when working in contaminated areas, including asbestos-contaminated areas.
