Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance procedures on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures.
- Diagnosing Mechanical Issues: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions by applying technical expertise and standard troubleshooting methods.
- Maintain Maintenance Records: Accurately document all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs performed, and parts utilized, to ensure comprehensive history and compliance.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Implement and follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and team members.
- Communicate Technical Information: Effectively share technical updates and maintenance status with team members to facilitate coordinated and efficient operations.

Successful Candidates Typically Have:
Level II
- 2-5 years of commercial equipment maintenance experience preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience with 480 3-phase power preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience with commercial grade compressor systems preferred
Level III
- 5+ years of commercial equipment maintenance experience preferred
- 3+ years’ experience with 480 3-phase power preferred
- 3+ years’ experience with commercial grade compressor systems preferred
