Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the maintenance team, set priorities, and model safe, compliant, and quality‑focused behavior.
- Maintenance Execution: Implement maintenance plans and oversee daily preventive work, troubleshooting, and repairs for machinery, buildings, and utilities.
- Resource & Investment Support: Contribute to investment planning and coordinate key resources, contractors, and technical supplies.
- Performance & Compliance: Monitor maintenance performance data and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive improvements in equipment reliability, maintenance processes, and overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field, with 5+ years’ experience in maintenance or production in industrial environments.
- 3+ years' experience in a management or leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems, plus safety and quality standards.
- Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and computer skills; able to interpret maintenance data to drive improvements.
- Effective communicator and collaborative team player with a strong focus on safety, quality, and reliability.
