Maintenance Generalist - C Shift - Fayetteville, AR

Functions:

• To perform all work duties safely, as well as maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture.
• Receive training as required
• Perform other duties/positions as required/assigned.

Tasks:

• Team Member is responsible for proficiency in multiple skill clusters including electricity and electronics, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Perform high-level machine and systems troubleshooting and repair, assist engineering and plant staff with the specification, installation, and modification of integrated systems, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation.
• Skill in the theory and application of electronic devices, such as industrial semiconductors, in applications including solid-state drives and industrial control systems.
• Perform Daily Lead duties to include but not limited to radio dispatch call for emergency repairs needed for production, send out daily shift notes to staff, enter notifications when needed.
• Complete PM Evals, PM Reviews and Risk Assessments when assigned.

Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Must be willing and able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• The Team Member will be regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and extreme cold.
• The Team Member will work in an environment which is usually loud. 

Requirements:

• 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or training is required. Must add length of all applicable experience within the application process.
• 3 time rule and minimum waiting period is 180 days
