Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure high equipment uptime and rapid response to breakdowns.
- Set maintenance priorities, schedules, and goals while effectively allocating work and leading your team to meet measurable targets.
- Develop and coordinate maintenance strategies that reduce unplanned downtime and extend the life of critical assets.
- Maintain accurate machinery records, specifications, and manuals while supporting new equipment installs and capital projects.
- Ensure all legal and internal health, safety, and environmental requirements are met while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules to consistently meet quality and customer requirements.
- Develop employees, model company values, and actively contribute to plant sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience managing maintenance activities in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams or technical employees.
- Experience with maintenance systems, reliability practices, and supporting technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of safety regulations, permits to work, risk assessments, and contractor oversight.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced production setting.
- Professional English communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
