You will maintain and improve the reliability of production equipment, utilities and facilities at our Pakistan site. You will work closely with operations, quality, and engineering to prevent downtime and support safe, compliant manufacturing. We value people who are practical, curious and collaborative. Responsibilities
- Deliver preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment, utilities and facility systems to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to create update and close work orders and manage spare parts inventory.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support installation, commissioning and qualification of new and modified equipment with clear documentation and handover.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to increase equipment availability, reduce costs and improve safety.
- Work with vendors and contractors to ensure timely, safe and compliant delivery of maintenance and repair activities.
Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years’ hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Practical experience with preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Experience using a CMMS or maintenance planning tools.
- Good troubleshooting skills and experience in root cause analysis.
- Able to work on-site full time. This role is on-site and requires regular presence at the Pakistan facility.
- Familiarity with utilities including purified water, compressed air, chilled water and steam systems.
- Experience with PLCs, automation systems and basic electrical control systems.
- Knowledge of validation/qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and good documentation practice.
- Strong communication skills in English and local language, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
