Key Responsibilities

  • Apply technical knowledge to support lifecycle maintenance planning for critical assets across terminal, warehousing, transportation, and equipment categories.
  • Standardize work processes, maintenance practices, and quality assurance methods to improve consistency and asset reliability.
  • Assess operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions that optimize utilization and reduce asset-related downtime.
  • Support the implementation of automation, digital tools, and standardized procedures across asset types and operating locations.
  • Provide subject-matter guidance to colleagues, including informal coaching of less experienced team members on technical methods and procedures.
  • Execute assigned tasks independently within established processes while escalating complex issues that require additional support or review.
  • Influence operational decision-making by sharing insights, recommending process adjustments, and ensuring alignment with defined standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement – someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day
  • Demonstrated experience in a technical or asset management discipline, ideally within ports, warehousing, logistics, transportation, or similar heavy-equipment environments.
  • Ability to apply practical maintenance methods, work procedures, and standardized processes to ensure safe and effective operations.
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to select the most appropriate method among known alternatives.
  • Proven capability to work independently with minimal direction while knowing when to seek support for complex or unfamiliar challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to guide, mentor, or support junior team members and influence broader operational stakeholders.
