The Facilities and Maintenance Manager will establish and measure the effectiveness of facility performance, through KPIs established for the department. This includes analyzing and providing system-level solutions for the infrastructure of facilities, for the continuous improvement and growth of the business.
Principal Responsibilities:
Manage preventive and predictive maintenance of equipment, machinery and facilities (TPM).
Implementation of dashboard tools to improve efficiency and performance of equipment, machinery, and maintenance.
Coordination and monitoring of purchase, transfer, updating of equipment and machinery of all areas of the plant.
Coordinate and negotiate projects with external suppliers and contractors ensuring high quality and comply with contract obligations.
Identify and implement a certification program for all critical equipment in the plant.
Manage installation adhesion to LEED requirements.
Determine training for professional growth of your team.
Determine the capacity and talent required for the fulfillment of the activities related to the department.
Intermediary between Spellman and Leasing Agencies.
Determine the Annual budget of everything related to Facilities.
Involvement with the Multiple Business Insurance.
Comply with the Health, Safety and Environment Policy, following the procedures and work instructions applicable to his/her activities for the participation in the established Objectives and Goals.

Competences / abilities:
Minimum experience in a similar position for 5 years.
Mechanical, electrical, Industrial or Electromechanical Engineering / English.
Auto-Cad.
Knowledge of electrical installations and systems.
Knowledge of pneumatics and general mechanics.
Basic knowledge in electronics and electromechanics.
General knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs and systems.
Skills to encourage teamwork and continuous improvement.
Familiar with environmental requirements, LEED, radiology.
Knowledge and understanding in Environmental & Quality Management Systems in their current versions (e.g. ISO 14001,9001).
