As an experienced Exstream and CSF Designer developer, you will be part of a team that has been acknowledged as an industry leader. Skills:
- Expertise with OpenText Exstream and Metavante CSF designer.
- Well versed in Mainframe z/OS technology including COBOL, JCL, TSO, ISPF, CA-Endevor, CA-7, FileManager, VSAM, QSAM and Fault Analyzer.
- Well versed in supporting applications in UNIX and LINUX.
- Experience with Metavante CSF for MVS preferred.
- Experience with CA-Easytrive is preferred.
- Ability to understand and elicit the business requirements.
- Ability to convert business requirements into design and code.
- Experience in incident management, problem management and change management.
- Good attitude with ownership and accountability traits.
- Strong analytical ability and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communications.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision or direction.
- Strong testing ability – writing test plans and test cases and creating complex test data.

Responsibilities:
- Support scheduled production jobs, identify failed services and take appropriate action to correct.
- Support applications designed in OpenText Exstream and CSF Designer.
- Participate as a team member to provide application support and development services.
- Communicate with the client / team regarding any inquiries / issues with the applications you support.
- Provide proactive and continuous improvements to ensure operations meet customer business requirements.
- Interact with business clients and solution designers to understand business requirements and high-level design specifications.
- Prepare effort and schedule estimates for development and implementation of solution.
- Execute the solution within the effort and schedule estimates.
- Coordinate and perform testing activities and track results to closure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and fulfill application service requests. Ensure that customers are kept informed on the status of their service orders (incidents, service requests, and small enhancements).
