Job Responsibilities:
• Receive/sort mail and load it on delivery carts
• Distribute mail to appropriate recipients or departments
• Sort and process disbursement checks, vendor invoices, and priority mail
• Maintain record of incoming mail
• Ensure delivery of outgoing mail to courier or post office
• Provide support in picking and packing promotional material
• Count and record inventory items
• Perform data entry activities
• Maintain adequate mailroom supplies
• Maintain and stock break room supplies
• Check postal rates and weigh outgoing mail
• Post shipping labels on packages
• Arrange for courier services to deliver packages
• Replenish supply of post office forms
• Record postage meter readings on a daily basis
• Purchase postage and ensure postage supply
• Source new vendors for Facility related items
• Create and maintain security badge system for new employees and temporary users
• Process and receive Facilities related invoices in Oracle
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma requried; AA Degree a plus
Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non- immigrant visa sponsorship.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Experience with Google suite of applications
Customer Service Experience
