Requirements:
- Scanning/Imaging, Record Review, and/or mail handling experience is a plus
- 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service or technical support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Highly Dependable
