THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Clerk Office Services II to deliver mail to on-property departments and prepare mail for external shipment. Assists less experienced Clerk Office Services by providing work direction and clarifying standard procedure. All duties are performed in accordance with department guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Give work direction to less experienced clerk
Drive administrative services vehicle to properties delivering mail and packages
Process incoming and outgoing packages for delivery
Operate mailroom equipment
Create signs for departments using sign machine
Answer telephones while in the office and direct calls to appropriate areas and staff
Assist Office Services Supervisor with daily tasks
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma or GED Required
Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a clerical or similar type position preferred

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$18.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
