Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM subject to change based on business need with some OT expected during high volumes.
The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 (Special Requirements Team) ensures inventory levels are adequate for processing by working with the dispensing teams. This role regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes, and techniques. This role works under limited guidance due to previous experience, breadth, and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.
Specific duties could include but are not limited to:
Running aging reports with excel
Monitor SRT inbox and complete incoming requests
Process orders within the Fulfillment Exceptions ePost queue
Partner with Front End teams on orders identified as high priority
Partner with USPS and FedEx to track and ensure timely delivery of packages that have already left the facility (some outbound calling)
Manually filling and processing of orders as needed
Support Dispensing Teams to mitigate aging orders
Required Qualifications
Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in Florida.
Must have National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT)
2 + years of experience in a retail, clinical or mail order pharmacy.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
