$51.05 - $76.60We are seeking a dynamic Magnet Program Manager to lead professional practice excellence, inter‑professional collaboration, and system‑wide nursing transformation. This highly visible leadership role is ideal for a strategic nursing leader who is passionate about evidence‑based practice, quality outcomes, and advancing a culture of clinical excellence.
In this role, you will serve as a change agent and thought leader, guiding professional governance, supporting Magnet principles, and partnering with clinical leaders, nurse scientists, and academic affiliates to elevate nursing practice across the health system. You will inspire professional development, strengthen outcomes through data‑driven initiatives, and help shape the future of nursing through innovation, collaboration, and scholarship.
