Location: Hybrid. Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work onsite two days per week. Preferred locations:  Plano, TX · Detroit/Farmington Hills, MI · Nashville, TN · New York City, NY · New Orleans, LA · Ashburn, VA · Tulsa, OK

Overview: Leads execution of merger, acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture activities.  Serves as lead on the negotiation team for all related M&A activities.  Partners with verticals, geographies, and industries to assess end-to-end strategic fit across  M&A engagement.  Leads M&A and Delivery resources throughout the execution phase and until handover to the steady-state team.

Essential Job Functions

  • Leads all phases of an integration or divestiture program, from Pursuit close trough Execution completion.
  • Oversees program shaping with proven methodology, detailed planning, execution and post day 1 interim agreements (TSAs).
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to customer C-suite and staff.
  • Coordinates with external consultants and suppliers to ensure end-to-end solution will meet scope, schedule and price parameters.
  • Performs and/or leads due diligence activities to ensure the consistency of information provided by potential acquisition targets.
  • Coordinates efforts and collaborates with multiple functional teams such as Financial, Legal, Human Resources, Sales and Operations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyzes and develops financial models for business valuations to support decision making.
  • Identifies risks and issues related to M&A planning, timeliness and functional areas.  Oversees creating mitigation plans.
  • Prepares and presents management findings that clearly articulate deal aspects.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience leading Mergers, Acquisitions or Divestitures
  • Experience working with a global organization of size, scope, and complexity
  • Experience working with technology
  • Experience leading teams

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $119,900 - $222,700.
