Title: Production Machinist
Responsible Manager: Operations Manager
Location: Pflugerville, TX
Do you have a passion for additive manufacturing? Would you like to play a key role in the manufacturing process? We are looking for a CNC machine operator to program, set up, and run a variety of numerical computer control machines in our Pflugerville production facility.
Your Mission
• You will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining a CNC bed mill, CNC lathe, bandsaw, and wire EDM.
• You will develop and modify CNC programs to machine parts according to print specifications
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the production team to achieve quality and efficiency goals.
• Maintain your workspace, tools, and equipment following 6S principles.
Your Talents
• You should possess a team-first mindset, be detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
• Experience programming three-axis mills and two-axis lathes.
• Knowledge of machining Aluminum, Copper, Titanium, and Stainless Steel.
• Proficient with precision measuring and part inspection.
• Must be able to read part prints and CAD drawings
• Experience with Solidworks, MS Office, SAP, CAQ, PC configuration, and network knowledge.
• Completion of a technical or associate degree program is a plus.
