Job Details:
Pay: 17.60/hour
This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and insuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Must have three months of consecutive work history with one employer within the last 12 months and/or participating in relevant training/schooling in the last 12 months to be considered for this position
Responsible to supervisor
Must be able to monitor the performance of the palletizer machine, wrapper machine, case taper and case coder.
Must be able to set up, monitor and adjust equipment as needed
Ensures that the case coder is properly working and applying the correct code
Must be able to manifest the pallets both manually and electronically, complete pallet locator sheets and production log.
Responsible for housekeeping in this area.
Must be able to adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

PHYSICAL – Strong, must be able to lift, push or pull up to 70 pounds, periodically, and bend and stand for 100% of production hours.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
EDUCATION – Must be able to read, write and perform basic math calculations.
RATE OF WORK – Moderately fast
QUALITY OF WORK – Must be neat with work
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS – Must be able to handle responsibility and have good communication skills.
ENVIRONMENT – Must be able to work around breader dust and in a temperature of 50 degrees F or less.
