What You Will Do:
Under some supervision, operate simple to intermediate manufacturing equipment (may include CNC Machines)
Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate records
Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents
Read basic part prints/blueprints and understand general machine functions
Assist in execution of continuous improvement projects
Identify and report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors
Assist execution of continuous improvement projects
Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker
Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
What You Need:

High School or GED
One (1) Year Manufacturing Experience
CNC Experience
$24.60 Hourly + $2.00/hr Shift Differential plus bonus eligible and benefits
