Machine Operator

The Role: 

Machine Operator at Yonezawa site in Japan as part of manufacturing team in APS Operation.  

This position will be responsible for manufacturing process.  

What you will do:  

• Operate manufacturing equipment to perform all manufacturing process steps based on the production order.  

• Perform In Process and final inspection of products ensuring in process control and product quality.    

• Maintain process records and other relevant documentation. Enter necessary values and comments into SPA.  

What we seek: 

• High school diploma required 

• Previous manufacturing experience in similar types of industries preferred. 

• Good writing and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to cooperate and collaborate with other team members.  

• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office programs.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.  

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. 

• Ability to perform manufacturing processes and handle materials responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) 

• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, navigate challenges and proactively seek solutions.
