Job Description

You will operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our products. Work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite in Ladysmith, WI. This is a 1st Shift role working (M-F, 6am-2pm).

Your Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret prints, work instructions, and 3D models.
• Operate presses, automated equipment, and metal‑fabrication equipment.
• Perform documented visual and dimensional inspections.
• Follow established process parameters for equipment usage.
• Suggest improvements and help create documented work instructions and process parameters.
• Use proper safety equipment and follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform basic computer functions.
• Basic programming and troubleshooting abilities.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• High School Diploma/GED OR 3 years of related experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Typically requires 3 years of related experience.
