M&A Operations Associate
We are seeking an M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions )Operations Associate to be seconded to Group Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) for 6-12 months, to support the Group M&A Director (and Group M&A team) in managing and coordinating activities related to the RR Group’s extensive portfolio of projects including divestments, partnerships, acquisitions, fundraisings, etc.

This role is anticipated to be fulfilled by an internal resource, seconded for 6 to 12 months (depending on other responsibilities) on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be preferably London based (to work in close proximity to the Group M&A team and leadership) but could also be based in Derby or Bristol - with some limited regional travel - or US or Germany, if the candidate shows strong internal relationships and communication skills.
The role would be considered hybrid, but the expectation is to be in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
