Job Description

In this critically important role, you will lead the Global Sales & Marketing Merger & Acquisition Integration team in bringing together all functions across commercial operations, sales and marketing to accelerate the integration of our strategic acquisitions. With a heavy focus on strategic integration planning and project management execution activities, this role will ensure there is a clear plan for all commercial operations, sales and marketing functions for the entire lifecycle of an acquisition. You will lead a team that designs end-to-end processes that span multiple commercial functions in sales, marketing and the business units and will report to the Director, Stragtegy, Transformation and Commercial Effectiveness.

We are looking for a broad set of prior experiences, strong project management skills, and a process improvement mindset. The ideal individual will have experience in building complex plans, coordinating many project stakeholders, and managing people.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the GSM M&A team, including the M&A Specialists
  • Drive the execution of integration plans across a cross-functional operations team
  • Design, change, and update commercial processes based on impacts of inorganic investments
  • Make continual improvements based on team feedback and business requirement changes
  • Solve challenging problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Help solidify change through documentation and communication

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Legal authorization to work is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience in a business-to-business commercial roles, preferably operations or sales
  • Advanced English level, written and spoken
  • Solid understanding of commercial operations in modern sales organizations
  • Project management and/or program management experience with a focus on process improvement
  • Collaborative style, which can drive consensus across indirect reporting lines and peer groups
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Prior exposure to M&A integrations
