We are looking for a high-performing, analytically strong M&A professional to join our Corporate M&A team. This role is suited for candidates with 2–4 years of experience, ideally gained in top-tier investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or corporate M&A.

As part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic transactions on a global scale, supporting the company’s growth, transformation, and portfolio optimization agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Execution

  • Support the full lifecycle of M&A transactions including target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models) and perform valuation analyses using various methodologies to assess the value and impact of potential transactions on business performance
  • Prepare investment memoranda, board presentations, and other decision-support materials for senior leadership and board members
  • Contribute to post-merger integration efforts, ensuring synergy realization and cultural alignment across merged entities

Strategic Analysis

  • Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and potential acquisition targets
  • Evaluate strategic fit and synergies of potential targets in alignment with the corporate strategy
  • Collaborate with strategy, finance, legal, tax, and operational teams to assess deal feasibility and risks

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, finance, tax, legal, etc.) and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal counsels etc.) to ensure seamless transaction execution
  • Support internal stakeholder alignment across business units and functions during deal evaluation and execution


Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate M&A or strategy consulting
  • Demonstrated involvement in successful deal execution, including financial modelling, due diligence and stakeholder coordination
  • Experience with cross-border transactions and complex deal structures is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong financial and strategic acumen and proficiency in valuation techniques
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to confidently engage with senior executives and stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with relevant financial databases
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and understanding cultural dynamics in cross-border transactions

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
