The Data, Technology and Innovation (DTI) division enables the FCA to be a digital-first, data-led smart regulator by delivering a secure, agile and cost-effective technology and data ecosystem that drives better decisions, transparency and operational efficiency. The Intelligence and Digital department within DTI division drives a digital-first regulatory approach, leveraging advanced analytics, AI and emerging technologies to enhance intelligence, decision-making and market oversight.

Role responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues across the organisation in mastering SharePoint and Teams Channels to make collaboration seamless and efficient

  • Shape the future of our tools by conducting product and user research analysing market trends and recommending feature enhancements that keep us ahead

  • Turn ideas into impact by collaborating with a broad range of internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into EPICs, features and user stories for the Agile backlog

  • Empower our people by leading engaging training sessions and hosting drop-in clinics ensuring every user feels confident and supported

  • Drive innovation across teams by collaborating with cross-functional experts to deliver continuous value improve the digital workplace experience and champion change by showcasing new features at forums inspiring colleagues to embrace modern ways of working

  • Lead Power Tooling initiatives leveraging Power Platform capabilities to transform ways of working automate processes and deliver impactful solutions across the organization with exposure to high-profile stakeholders and directors

Skills required

Minimum:

  • Proven experience working with internal business users to deliver product change campaigns and communicate new features in terms of business value, ensuring adoption and engagement across the organisation

  • Demonstratable experience as a Product Analyst in an Agile environment, including writing EPICs, features and user stories and participating in Agile ceremonies to support iterative delivery

  • Prior experience supporting Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint and MS Teams) at an organisational level, with the ability to understand user requirements and translate them into clear deliverables for technical teams

Essential:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to work effectively in team environments

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple activities and deliverables within structured frameworks and compliance standards

  • Proficiency in using M365 services, with experience in data analysis, root cause identification and applying qualitative and quantitative techniques
