As a Legal Assistant within our Corporate Legal team, you will provide essential support for the lifecycle of our entities and governance processes. You will work closely with corporate officers, external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure the proper maintenance and execution of corporate governance requirements for our entities.

The legal assistant will be responsible for:

• Reviewing, keeping and archiving all corporate records of the entities portfolio (update of registers, update structure charts, follow-up for originals delivery/receipts, filings with Luxembourg registers and update excerpts, CSSF updates, archiving, updates of internal platforms …)

• Coordinating signature gathering (wet-ink or electronic) and performing due controls on collected documents (signature, legalization, administrative follow-up)

• Assisting with various legal and corporate processes (investors admission, incorporation of entities, liquidation of entities…)

• Organising and following-up board and shareholders’ meetings including the drafting, execution, signing and delivery of any related documentation (board packs, convening notices, proxies, attendance lists…)

• Coordinating and liaising with the team, lawyers, notaries for the execution and delivery of legal documents, apostille and legalization of documents • KYC monitoring (together with the operational teams)

• More generally, carry out general secretarial duties and administrative tasks, including mail/document control and distribution and filing

• Assisting with the drafting of the legal documents in relation to the approval of the annual accounts, straightforward board minutes or agreements, under the supervision of the responsible team member.

Qualification and experience:

• A successful working experience in a corporate/legal environment for at least 1-2 year(s)

• Knowledge in company law/legal matters

• Good command of Microsoft Office and Excel

• Good command of French and English (oral and written)

• Good communication and organizational skills, team player, able to follow through and to work independently with limited supervision
