We are accepting online applications for the position of Lubricants Sales Manager located in Bangkok, Thailand through February 3, 2026 (11:59 PM Thailand time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives
  • Managing and motivating a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including new markets, distributors, and partnerships
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Staying updated with industry regulations, product knowledge, and market trends

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in lubricants sales or other industries such as chemical, color painting (for industrial or consumer), etc., with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of the lubricants industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving growth
  • Willingness to travel as required by business
