Ensure engineering soundness and safe operability of all infrastructure/facilities through proactive condition assessments, defect rectification and quality audits.
Lead or support the preparation of tender specifications, procurement documents and technical requirements for maintenance and improvement works.
Supervise term contractors and consultants to ensure safe, compliant and high‑quality execution of on‑site works.
Conduct quantity/quality audits, verify completion of works, and enforce safety and regulatory requirements for all contractors.

smart sensors for structural/condition monitoring
AI-driven defect detection (e.g., via imagery or video analytics)
digital twins or integrated asset databases
advanced construction/maintenance materials and methods
Analyse asset performance data to derive insights, optimise maintenance schedules and enhance safety outcomes.
Stakeholder & Feedback Management
Manage and respond to public feedback related to active mobility paths, commuter facilities and related amenities.
Collaborate with internal divisions and external stakeholders to address issues and mitigate operational risks.
Communicate engineering decisions and technical assessments clearly and professionally.
