[What the role is]

[LTA-PT] ASSISTANT MANAGER, AUTONOMOUS BUS MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of the team that works closely with internal and external stakeholders on the management and operations of autonomous (“AV”) buses on public bus services. Your key responsibilities are:

a. Manage the procurement of AV eco-system, which involves coordinating with relevant divisions across various LTA Groups on the preparation of budget paper, drafting of tender specifications, calling of tender, evaluating tender proposals, and awarding of contract;

b. Manage the contracts and operationalise the AV eco-system, which involves coordinating with relevant divisions on the preparatory works, ensuring implementation according to project schedule, handling contractual matters and managing contractors;

c. Develop plan for scale-up deployment of AV buses on public bus services, which involves identifying suitable bus services, conducting research and assessment of AV technical capability for AV bus operations; and

d. Review licensing and regulations for AV bus operations on public bus services.

[What we are looking for]

  • Minimum 2 years' working experience is preferred.
     

  • Knowledge and experience in project management and procurement will be advantageous.
     

  • Strong organisational and independent working abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
     

  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
     

  • Self-motivated team player with analytical and problem-solving skills.
