Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager, Transformation Office[What you will be working on]
As part of the Transformation office, you will play an enabling and integration role whilst working closely with LTA management and colleagues, to drive organisational adoption of capabilities and learning, in LTA's focal areas and emerging domains through structured initiatives, targeted interventions, and engagement levers. We will also be part of the team to foster continuous learning, driven by data and cross-capability integration.
This role involves direct partnering with LTA senior management and engaging of Groups, Divisions and colleagues very closely. You will be developing emerging domains’ learning pathways, source, procure and coordinate learning content and interventions, and contribute to engagements that drive organisational learning priorities.
