Deputy / Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications 2
[What you will be working on]
As part of the team, you will help to communicate land transport policies, projects and initiatives to the public in a clear and accessible way.
Your main responsibilities will include managing the LTA corporate website and producing the LTA Annual Report, working with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, high-quality content. You will also support the planning and execution of our Advocates Programme and contribute to other corporate communications initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Manage content on the LTA corporate website, including content planning, managing content stakeholders and suggesting improvements to the user experience
- Plan and develop the LTA Annual Report, coordinating content development, design and production with internal teams and designers/writers
- Support and execute the Advocates Programme, including planning engagement events and outreach activities
- Contribute to management of our corporate brand and other communications projects
- Provide accurate communications advice and support to internal departments when required
[What we are looking for]
- Knowledge in Communications, Marketing or a related field
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in communications, marketing or related work
- Strong writing, editing and content development skills
- Able to simplify complex or technical information for general audiences
- Experience with Adobe AEM and AI, and editorial work/publications is an advantage
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- An energetic team player who is self-motivated and also able to work independently
- Experience in budget planning or procurement would be an advantage
