As an LPN Team Lead you’ll have the opportunity to blend your clinical and administrative skills to take on this leadership role.
The successful candidate will have a combination of clinical experience, leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Your typical schedule will be full-time, 40-hours weekly.
At least one (1) year of LPN work experience is required.
Previous experience with training and mentoring teams is preferred but not required. Expertise in conflict resolution and the ability to guide others toward meeting operational goals is helpful.

Position Details:
Directs and supervises support staff of Geisinger. Assures that patients are treated with concern and that providers are provided with prompt and courteous service.
