Performs nursing functions and consumer care at a Facility Based Crisis Center including assessment, care, and treatment of clients at the facility; must adhere to standards of care as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and RHA. Job Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse you will be responsible for performing Nursing assessments and interventions with medications oversight and administration as needed.

Successful candidates for the LPN role will have a working knowledge of the principle and techniques in counseling and the effective delivery of community-based healthcare services. Someone who understands the complex dynamics of the disease of chemical dependency, treatments, and resources available to support recovery would excel in this role.
