Required Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license by the State of Arkansas and Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
One (1) year of clinical nursing experience or will consider a new grad with a current license and one year of previous medical experience (MA, PCT, CNA).
Must have strong organizational skills and computer knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
Immunization experience.
CPR certification.
Ambulatory experience.
EPIC experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong clinical expertise and technique.
Working knowledge of data processing equipment and applications.
Attention to communication, oral, written, and persuasive.
Must be able to build collaborative relationships.
Possess personal credibility.
Ability to make independent judgments that have highly significant impacts on the organization.
Ability to provide motivational support to an area of responsibility.
Strong customer service orientation.
Additional Information:
Key Responsibilities:
Triage, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care and patient education via telephone or in-clinic settings.
Support the development of patient Plans of Care (POC) using thorough assessments.
Collaborate with patients, families, and care providers to ensure comprehensive health management.
Deliver nursing care in accordance with clinic and professional standards.
May perform other duties as assigned.
