Your Work Matters

As Loyalty Marketing Manager, you define how our pro customers experience Floor & Decor. You will shape the strategy and voice behind our pro loyalty program, turning contractors and trade professionals into long-term partners. Your work directly influences customer acquisition and measurable incremental sales in one of the fastest-growing specialty retail environments in the country.

This is a role for someone who understands that loyalty is about earning repeat business from customers who depend on us to run their livelihood.

Your Day Consists Of

  • Owning the pro loyalty program value proposition, positioning, and messaging—ensuring it resonates with contractors, installers, designers, and trade professionals.
  • Building integrated marketing plans that drive enrollment, repeat engagement, tier movement, and incremental revenue.
  • Designing promotional strategies—offers, tier accelerators, targeted incentives—that are compelling, profitable, and grounded in data.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Lifecycle, Digital, Media, Visual Merchandising, and Field Marketing to execute campaigns across email, SMS, app, web, and in-store touchpoints.
  • Translating complex program mechanics into clear, persuasive communications that make pros immediately understand “what’s in it for me.”
  • Analyzing performance with Finance and Data Science partners to optimize messaging, offers, and ROI—and presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.

You’ll Be Successful With

  • 5–7+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, lifecycle, or integrated marketing roles where growth was measurable—not assumed.
  • A strong understanding of B2B or pro customer behavior, how they buy, why they switch, and what earns their repeat business.
  • Experience building customer-facing value propositions, promotional strategies, and multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Confidence partnering across creative, digital, media, analytics, and field teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Analytical rigor paired with storytelling ability—you can translate performance data into actionable insight and executive-ready narratives.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment where priorities evolve and impact is visible.

Work Environment / Physical Expectations

• Primarily a sedentary role with extended periods of sitting, though occasional walking, standing, or light physical activity (lifting up to 20 lbs) may be needed.

• Work is typically performed in a quiet to moderate office setting, with occasional exposure to active warehouse environments and moving equipment.
