JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Enablement Analyst plays a key role in executing high‑quality email communications that support Choice Hotels’ marketing and personalization efforts. This role ensures reliable, scalable delivery of email campaigns through the development and maintenance of best‑in‑class HTML templates, audience segmentation support, analysis, and reporting. As part of a highly visible marketing enablement function, this position partners with cross‑functional teams to translate content, audience, and data requirements into effective email executions. The Analyst leverages customer data to enable dynamic, personalized messaging while supporting the evolution of marketing technology capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Operations
Build, update, and maintain responsive, accessible HTML/CSS email templates and components tailored for major email clients and dark‑mode environments.
Conduct thorough pre‑deployment QA using Email on Acid and ESP staging environments; document and drive resolution of defects.
Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Technology, and Loyalty teams to translate briefs into email‑ready assets and support channel automation.
Validate audience definitions and ensure accurate mapping of dynamic content and conditional logic.
Manage campaign calendars, dependencies, and on‑time deployments.
Analyze performance across KPIs and recommend optimizations.
Contribute to playbooks and best practices for template development, accessibility, dark mode, and mobile optimization.
Maintain triggered/transactional content, ensuring timely updates to logos, messaging, and legal copy.
Data Operations
Work within Choice’s marketing technology platforms (Cheetah Digital/Marigold, Amperity, Email on Acid) to stage, test, and deploy campaigns.
Partner with data engineers to confirm required data fields, accuracy, and refresh cycles; escalate and track data quality issues.
Assist with ad‑hoc data validation and troubleshooting of segment counts and dynamic rules.
Compliance
Support compliance with CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy regulations.
Uphold brand, accessibility, and deliverability standards; support domain health and authentication best practices (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
QUALIFICATIONS
Employment Experience
3+ years building production HTML/CSS for email, with a portfolio demonstrating responsive, accessible templates.
Experience in Cheetah Digital/Marigold, Amperity, and Email on Acid (or equivalent tools) preferred.
Strong understanding of segmentation logic, preferences, and event‑driven personalization.
Data‑driven, analytical mindset; SQL experience preferred.
Strong communication, with ability to deliver timely feedback.
Hospitality/travel industry knowledge a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel required.
Detail‑oriented with strong QA focus.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $75,553 - $88,886.
