A role with Target Loyalty means a big opportunity to create new Target guests and drive profitable growth. Here, you’ll deliver the insights and analytics that measure our performance and improve our marketing and media decisions. You’ll lead the discovery, interpretation and communication of meaningful data patterns that inform innovation for greater guest loyalty. As a Loyalty Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in bringing Target’s loyalty strategy to life. In this role, you’ll coordinate and execute marketing initiatives that enhance the guest experience within Target’s loyalty program.You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to operationalize campaigns—building targeted audiences for marketing communications, partnering with channel marketing teams to deliver personalized messages, and developing and tracking learning plans to measure performance and optimize results. Ultimately, you’ll help translate loyalty strategy into action by supporting the end-to-end delivery of personalized content that deepens guest engagement and drives program success.

About you:
Bachelors’ degree B.A./B.S.
Ideal candidate will have 2 – 3+ years in a role with experience in retail, marketing, guest experience and/or operations
Able to develop strong relationships and build trust and confidence with partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong attention to detail and be able to find efficiencies in daily tasks.
Thrives on variety and multi-tasking
Strong problem solving with a solutions oriented mindset.
Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work through ambiguity, and adapt with the business as it evolves over time.
Technical aptitude and experience working with technical team and new product systems is desirable.
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
