At Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville,, our mission is to create lasting memories through intuitive service and exceptional experiences. The Lounge Service Manager plays a key role in curating the guest experience within Bacco’s Lounge, ensuring an atmosphere of warmth, elegance, and seamless service.
What You Will Do
Lead, train, evaluate, and motivate the Lounge team to uphold Four Seasons cultural and core standards.
Maintain a visible presence on the floor to engage with guests, recognize team excellence, and resolve any guest concerns or requests with professionalism and care.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of wines, spirits, and food pairings, ensuring product quality and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team and Culinary department to design creative menus and beverage offerings that reflect both value and quality.
Manage financial aspects of the operation including labor, purchasing, inventory, and cash control.
Ensure the physical condition of the Lounge meets the highest standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and maintenance.
Attend operational meetings to foster collaboration and communication across departments.
Support special projects or other operational areas such as the main dining room when needed.
What You Bring
A degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management, or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of two to three years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel or mixed-use residential environment.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills with proven business acumen.
Proficiency with computer and F&B management systems.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
