THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Bus Runner at Aria is to maintain the assigned section and keep tables in a clean, sanitary condition. This includes removing dirty dishes and debris from the tables and supplying tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments. The bus runner also works in conjunction with Food Servers to ensure that outstanding guest service is constantly achieved. This includes ensuring efficient delivery of food to the restaurant.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.8705 USD Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
Clean and sanitize all equipment
Keep floors free of debris and spills
Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the venue
Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
Assist with proper stock rotation
Run food as required by the Department
Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
High School Diploma or GED
1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a bus or food runner preferred
1+ Years of prior relevant fact paced high volume restaurant operations experience preferred
