About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senor Manager within Enterprise Complaints, Remediations and Loudspeaker (ECRL).

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive the development and execution of initiatives and day-to-day operations within the Loudspeaker program. This role will focus on enhancing program capabilities, overseeing day-to-day operations, and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency, mitigate risk, and deliver long-term value.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in elevating the Loudspeaker program to amplify employee voices, fostering an inclusive culture, and supporting Wells Fargo's s commitment to creating a better experience for both our customers and employees.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
  • Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
  • Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
  • Ensure day-to-day business oversight routines and activities are completed timely
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years Management or leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong Strategic Leadership experience with proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives
  • Strategic Leadership experience; Creating and achieving a desired future state vision through influence on individual and group goals, reinforcements, and systems
  • Experience managing multiple, high-priority projects and reporting on progress and results
  • Change management and transformation experience on an enterprise level
  • Ability to implement a solution and communicate, in clear business terms, the benefits of the proposed risk management approach
  • Ability to create and improve process through strategic thinking
  • Proactive innovator, motivator and change agent; able to effectively and constructively lead
  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management change in an organization
  • Ability to motivate groups and to quickly gain the trust/confidence of executive leaders
  • Demonstrated success in driving cultural and operational transformation across multiple business units
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning diverse teams toward common strategic objectives.
     

Job Expectations:

  • This is an in-office position currently requiring at least three in-office days per week at one of the locations listed below.
