We’re hiring a dependable, hands-on leader to keep our dealership running smoothly behind the scenes as our Lot Attendant Lead. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, leads by example, and ensures the lot operates efficiently, safely, and to dealership standards.
What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate daily activities of the lot attendant team
Receive, move, and organize incoming and outgoing vehicles
Verify VINs, assign stock numbers, and manage key control processes
Ensure the lot is clean, safe, well-organized, and customer-ready at all times
Support Sales, Service, and customers with vehicle movement and logistics
Monitor safety practices and uphold dealership procedures
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Proven reliability and ability to lead by example
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
Safety-focused mindset and ability to prioritize tasks
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
