Lope Shop - E-Commerce Student Worker (FWS/NFWS)

Position Summary/Purpose:

As a Lope Shop E-Commerce Student Worker, you will be responsible to assist in all daily operations of the Lope Shop online web store. You must also be a cooperative team player who continually strives for excellence.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/Essential Functions:

• Work at assigned location (Web Shop and Distribution Center (DC)).
• Provide phone and email customer support.
• Pull inventory listed on sales reports, package and fulfill orders.
• Keep web fulfillment area clean and organized.
• Write descriptions for merchandise.
• Other duties as directed.

Equipment Used and Responsibility:

Position will require use of; Windows based PC, Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Photoshop, various online and retail applications, barcode scanner, box knife and tape gun. Will occasionally operate golf cart. Position may also include use of digital camera and other photography equipment.

Qualifications:

• Motivated self-starter and willing to work as directed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Photography and photo editing skills preferred.
• Physical demands of job require ability to lift boxes of merchandise of up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Must possess valid US driver's license

• Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program. 
• Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
• Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.

You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements. 

Pay Rate: Minimum Wage
