About the role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Outbound Team Lead to oversee outbound operations across multiple external warehouse locations in Europe. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
You’ll be responsible for managing a team of logistics professionals, ensuring outbound processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our KPIs. You’ll play a key role in developing your team, solving operational challenges, and making improvements across our European footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team handling outbound operations across external European warehouse locations.
Plan and coordinate daily activities to ensure timely and accurate execution
Support team members with task execution and provide guidance during unexpected incidents or escalations.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Create and implement development plans for team members, fostering growth and engagement.
Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives to enhance performance and service quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Service, Transport, Warehousing) to resolve issues and optimize workflows
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Support multi-organizational projects where outbound operations are involved, ensuring your team contributes effectively and aligns with broader business goals
Requirements
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations — ideally in a multi-site or international context.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
